The Show Notes Here is the video to accompany the theme song from the 365 Days of Astronomy podcast. It features me, a number of silly hats, and the city of Bethlehem. No Geos were harmed during the making of this film. They were however made to feel really dizzy. Enjoy! ..................................... Check out: 365 Days of Astronomy Podcast. - Neat video! The \"stop motion\" (or perhaps more appropriate, \"skip motion\") technique reminded me of the Norman McLaren short \"Neighbours.\"
Also, while your middle name may well be Precision, your last name certainly isn\'t. I assume it was intentional..? - Tips for filming yourself - get a handicam with a flip out LCD Screen.
The one I\'m using is a Sony handicam mini LV.

This is what we use when we do video reports for the Skeptic Zone podcast. It has a twist-screen feature so you can always see whether you\'re in frame. There\'s a few other brands out there and you just put it on a tripod and figure out your stance that way. Easy for self-filming.
Thanks for mentioning Eran Segev - he\'s also a member of the Skeptic Zone podcast! You will not remember me, but you should remember Dr Karen Stollznow of the same show (she\'s in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epfAivE1Yp0).
I remember that Richard Saunders mentioned the possibility of you coming to Australia too. We\'ll be at the next Dragon*Con, if you\'re there. :) - >obsessive obscure reference no.2
(no.1 was Jamie Farr... 02:31)
* \'Jewelery by Randi\' * (0:22)
a coincidence? hmmm? ...sure!!!...
> no.3; roller blades and cultural icons
\'my architect\' by Nathaniel Kahn

...great scene of him rollerblading in the open plaza of the Salk Institute (designed by his father)... reminiscent of the Geo ending sequence...
(OK that one\'s a bit oblique -whatever! ;-)
_peace love & astronomy_
