Um, well, who\'s to say Ukrane did not get subsumed by France in the 23rd century?

This only strengthens my assertion that George and Picard may be one in the same. We already know that George has that temporal plugin for Garage Band. It\'s reasonable to extrapolate that true Time Travel will be perfected over the next 30 years.
Picard: Captain of the Starship Enterprise.
Geo: Drummer for the Philidelphia Funk Authority.
Both leadership roles. Coincidence? I think not.
Picard: Has a near-death experience when his artificial heart malfunctions.
Geo: has a near-death experience when his tea shorts out his mixing board.
Picard: Sartorially elegant, can be found almost always in his starfleet uniform.
Geo: Sartorially elegant, can be found almost always in a suit.
Picard: enjoyes role-playing on the Holodeck, taking on personas of a Victorian Era Gentleman and Film Noir gumshoe.
